Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has raised alarm after the POP ceiling in her Lekki residence collapsed for the second time in just two months.
Taking to her social media page, the actress shared a video showing the wrecked ceiling while voicing her frustration and disbelief over the repeated damage. In her words, she wrote:
> “Another sign to pack my bags and leave.”
The movie star’s post quickly went viral, drawing attention to the poor condition of her home and sparking mixed reactions online.
This incident comes barely two months after Nkechi first reported a similar ceiling collapse in the same house. At that time, she revealed that the POP caved in unexpectedly, nearly injuring those present. Nkechi had lamented the poor construction quality of the building and hinted that she might soon relocate.
Following the latest occurrence, fans and followers have flooded her comment section, expressing concern for her safety. While many sympathized with her, others humorously advised the actress to “carry out a spiritual inspection” before moving into her next apartment.
The incident has once again stirred conversations about the safety and quality of homes in Lekki, especially among celebrities living in rented or newly built properties.
