Yinka Theisen, the former partner of Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, has reignited public CONTROVERSY Again, accusing the actor of betrayal and manipulation in a series of recent social media posts.
Their relationship, once celebrated for its public displays of affection and promises of a shared future, has now turned into a widely discussed fallout marked by accusations and public confrontations.
In a recent post on her new Facebook page, Yinka alleged that Linc deliberately leaked an old audio recording of her apologizing to him, sharing it with a blog to publicly mock and humiliate her. Expressing her disappointment, she wrote, “I showed him kindness, only to be repaid with humiliation.”
Taking a swipe at Linc’s living situation, Yinka added, “At almost 50, you’re still sharing a home with your old parents,” continuing her pointed public criticism of the Nollywood actor. She also claimed that Linc had spoken poorly about his own family in the past and even vowed to cut ties with them for ten years if he ever relocated to the U.S.
The relationship between Yinka and Linc had earlier appeared promising, with their engagement announced in May 2025. However, just weeks later, Yinka confirmed the end of the union, stating, "In all things, we say thank you, Lord!! My relationship with Linc is over. There are no hard feelings at all. I am very sad, but in all things we thank God." Despite the initial amicable tone, the breakup quickly escalated into public disputes.
Yinka also accused Linc’s estranged wife, May Edochie, of orchestrating online harassment against her, claiming that May’s supporters went as far as filing false petitions with her employers. She described the group, “May Nation,” as targeting her children and spreading her personal information.
Before his relationship with Yinka, Linc was reportedly married to Amaka, a fitness enthusiast, with whom he has three children. While the details of that marriage remain unclear, his public relationship with Yinka was widely acknowledged, including the engagement announcement shared by journalist Dele Momodu in early June 2025.
