Tanzanian music sensation Juma Jux has captured the hearts of fans worldwide with his extravagant welcome for his wife, Priscilla Ojo, and their son, Prince Raheem Ayomide Mkambala, who recently arrived from Canada.

According to Nollywoodtimes, Priscilla and Juma welcomed their first child in Canada on August 24th, 2025. However, due to Canadian visa issues, Juma was unable to meet his newborn son immediately. The singer revealed in an interview that he had applied for a visa but was yet to receive approval, making it impossible for him to travel to Canada at the time.

Thankfully, the delay did not prevent the family from reuniting. With their son now strong enough to travel and holding a Canadian passport, Priscilla, her mother Iyabo Ojo, and Rakeem returned to Tanzania. Juma Jux pulled out all the stops, organizing a grand welcome at the airport and at their home, leaving his wife in awe of the beautiful decorations and celebration.

While in Canada, Priscilla appealed to anyone connected to the embassy to help expedite her husband’s visa through her Snapchat page. Upon the family’s arrival, Juma took to Snapchat to celebrate, sharing a video of himself toasting with a friend in joy over his son’s arrival. He also shared stylish photos on Instagram captioned “Rakeem’s Dad”, marking his proud new role.

Juma Jux and Priscilla Ojo tied the knot in an opulent six-part wedding ceremony across Tanzania and Nigeria in February, April, and May. In a private Snapchat revelation, Priscilla shared that they had actually married last year in a private Nikkah ceremony, and their public celebrations were meant to share the joy with friends and family.

Fans of the Tanzanian singer and Nollywood actress have flooded social media, praising the heartwarming family reunion and the grandeur of the celebrations.
