Davido baby mama, Sophia Momodu has addressed a female admirer who cautioned her against engaging with online critics.
The supporter, writing via Snapchat, encouraged Sophia to ignore trolls, stressing that they weren’t worth her energy.
“Soso, don’t reply to these people, they aren’t worth it at all. Love from London,” the fan wrote.
In her reply, Sophia highlighted what she described as a recurring tendency to silence Black women — a trend she claimed often comes from other women.
“Uju, have you noticed that there’s an obsession with telling black women or just women in general, to stay quiet? And it’s mostly women like you who are used to carrying out these atrocities against fellow women. Love from Earth,” she responded.
Just a day earlier, Sophia had exchanged words with another Snapchat user who advised her to get married and emulate Wizkid’s baby mamas, known for keeping a low profile. She retorted by wishing the person and their family blindness, questioning why someone who disliked her would monitor her activities so closely.
In July, Sophia also clapped back at a critic who faulted her reaction to a comment about her daughter Imade’s strong resemblance to her father. When the fan labeled her “immature” and “childish,” Sophia promised to block them.
