“At Your Age?” — Backlash as Ka3na Inserts Herself Into Davido & Chioma’s Wedding Picture

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Ka3na Jones, has come under fire on social media after sharing a photoshopped image of herself in place of Chioma Rowland in a wedding photo with Davido.

On Instagram, Ka3na congratulated the newlyweds but sparked outrage when she posted the edited picture, swapping Chioma’s spot beside Davido in their pre-wedding shoot. In her caption, she joked about the alteration, writing:

> “Bloggers be out here photoshopping my wedding pics.

Here’s the real photo. Y’all made our day so special.
Chivido2025
Congratulations to the bride & groom @davido @thechefchi.”

The post didn’t sit well with many followers, who considered it disrespectful.

One user, merit_orbie, commented: “Is this supposed to be funny?”
Another, olaitanshugar, wrote: “This is absolutely disrespectful to Chioma.”
ukaegbunicky said: “It’s pointless following you. So I’m unfollowing you with no morals.”
_tonyjuliet added: “This is stupīd, at your age.”

osuyachikafortune remarked: “This is disturbing. Let’s learn to respect boundaries, that’s someone’s husband for goodness’ sake.”

Mr Rexaselm commented: “If Nigeria is a working system, you’ll be persecuted for posting this ewu.”
vera_beauty_empire asked: “This is disturbing, how desperate can u be, ma? Or am I overreacting?”
And naija_rich_kids questioned: “I hope you’re okay. What’s funny here?”

The controversy comes nearly two years after Ka3na lost her husband, Mr Jones, in May 2023. At the time, she issued a public statement confirming she was both legally and traditionally married to him before his death. The reality TV star said the loss had left her daughter without a father and made her a widow. She stressed she had no plans to remarry or drop her late husband’s surname, urging the public to respect her decision.
