Nollywood actress Chizzy Alichi has stirred up laughter across social media after she tricked her fans with a fake unveiling of her baby’s face.
The film star, who became a mother a few months ago, took to Instagram to share a playful video that had many anticipating the much-awaited reveal of her son’s face. In the video, Chizzy acknowledged the intense curiosity from fans eager to know who her baby resembles.
"Hey guys, I know that most of you, if not all of you, want to see the face of the cute boy that I gave birth to. You want to know if he is fair or dark, if he looks like his father or mother. Well, worry no more because I am here to show you the face of the cute boy that I gave birth to," she said in the clip.
Just when fans thought the moment had finally arrived, the actress unveiled not her baby—but her husband, wrapped snugly in a baby cloth and lying on her lap. Keeping the joke going, she then asked, “My baby’s face reveal, who does he look like? Be honest because I’m sure he definitely looks like…”
The prank left both fans and colleagues in stitches.
