Big Brother Naija Season 10 has officially crowned its first Head of House (HOH), following an exciting three-part contest known as the ‘Sense of Peace’ challenge. The competition took place after the second half of the launch show on July 27, 2025.
Jason Jae stood out from the crowd to claim the coveted HOH title, marking a milestone in the opening week of the season.
The multi-stage challenge was crafted to test the physical speed, mental sharpness, and overall strength of all 29 housemates.
The first stage, titled the Block Stacking Challenge, required participants to replicate a specific design using wooden blocks. Only eight contestants progressed to the next round: Jason Jae, Thelma Lawson, Bright Morgan, Victory, Tracy, Joanna, Sultana, and Gigi.
In the second round, named the Goldbar Collection, the selected housemates teamed up in pairs to gather gold bars. Jason Jae, Joanna, Bright Morgan, and Sultana advanced from this phase after completing the task successfully.
The final segment — the Treasure Challenge Box — saw the last four housemates attempt to unlock a treasure box using just one correct key. Jason Jae completed the task ahead of the others, sealing his win.
With his new role as Head of House, Jason Jae holds a notable advantage in the game, giving him both visibility and influence early on in the competition.
Wasting no time, he chose Doris to enjoy the HOH lounge privileges alongside him as his first official decision.
While the full range of benefits attached to the HOH title has not yet been revealed, Jason’s victory positions him strategically as the season kicks off.
