Yinka Theisen has fired back at her estranged husband, Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, following their very public separation.

Earlier this week, Linc Edochie addressed the controversy surrounding his split from Yinka, stating that he had distanced himself from her after her online attacks on May Edochie. In a public message, Linc clarified that he did not support the actions against May, including sharing her phone number online, which had led to what he called “meaningless retaliation.” Linc, who is the elder brother of actor Yul Edochie, further stated that it was better to be single and at peace than to stay in a relationship full of “landmines.”

Reacting to Linc’s post, Yinka took to social media to share her side of the story. According to her, a quarrel had broken out between the couple earlier that day, during which she threatened to end the relationship. However, she said she was shocked to find herself blocked by Linc, who then went on to make their break-up public.

“You may all continue to laugh at me. I had a quarrel with Linc this morning, and was upset and threatened to break up. Next thing, I was blocked, and he broke up in the most embarrassing way,” she wrote.

Yinka went on to claim that Linc’s brother, Leo, followed up with a “nasty” recording about her. She accused Linc of hypocrisy, stating that he had previously shared May Edochie’s contact with her, but was now publicly distancing himself.

“The same Linc who gave May my number is defending himself,” she said, adding her thanks to Apostle Ugo Wems for emotional support during the ordeal.

She didn’t hold back in expressing her disappointment over how the situation was handled: “It is sad that a man I love can throw me under the bus over an argument because of fear. Since he has cowardly embarrassed me on social media, I will respond in kind. Just for the record, I am doing great now!”

Yinka concluded her post by addressing her critics, declaring she is not a coward and that divine justice will prevail: “Keep laughing at me, but one thing I am not is a coward. God judges all, and my case is no different.”
