Music executive Tunji Balogun, widely known as Tee Billz, has publicly criticized Vanessa, the manager of his ex-wife and Nigerian music star Tiwa Savage, accusing her of putting profits over family.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, Tee Billz expressed frustration over what he claims is overbooking on Vanessa’s part, which he believes has led to their son Jamil feeling neglected and lonely. While he reiterated his love for Tiwa Savage, he accused her manager of prioritizing her financial gain above all else.
“I love the mother of my child, God will expose you! You only care about %,” he wrote. “I hired you as a PR and the mother of my child, guilty, made u manager. I’m not drunk or high. You are a fraud. As lonely as Jamil confessed to me, you will never amount to nothing. I’m back! How the fk are you a manager without a billboard! My son is so hurt not having [his] mom and I’m guilty too but respectfully fk you Vanessa.”
Tee Billz also revealed that it was he who initially brought Vanessa on board as a publicist before she was promoted to the role of manager by Tiwa. According to him, Vanessa has been exploiting the singer’s career ever since.
The outburst comes as a surprise to many, especially considering Tee Billz had previously shared a more positive view of their co-parenting relationship. Earlier this year, he posted a heartwarming photo of Tiwa with their son Jamil and his own son, praising their bond and asking online spectators to stay away from private family matters.
This recent development paints a stark contrast to his earlier sentiment, suggesting a shift in their co-parenting dynamic.
