Nollywood actress Tawa Ajisefinni has publicly expressed her love and support for fellow actress Biola Bayo following news of her separation from her husband.
Sharing a heartfelt message on Instagram alongside a photo of the two of them, Tawa reassured Biola that all would be well and reminded her of the strength found in faith and companionship.
“It is truly well, sister mi. I love you so much,” she wrote.
She also included a Yoruba proverb that loosely translates to, “We rely on others when ours fails, but it is God who stands by us,” writing:
“Yoruba ni: ‘A fi ti e le gbo ti eni eleni, Oba oke lo n ba gbo ti e’.”
The message has drawn warm reactions from fans and colleagues, many of whom commended Tawa for her show of solidarity.
