Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has sparked conversation online with her unique fashion choice for the 2025 edition of the Ojude Oba festival.
The colourful cultural event, which takes place annually in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, is held two days after Eid-el-Kabir in honour of the Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona. Known for its display of rich tradition, parades, and fashion-forward appearances by different age-grade groups known as regberegbes, the festival also attracts high-profile guests and celebrities from around the world.
This year’s celebration saw notable figures like Wizkid, Lateef Adedimeji, and Eniola Badmus in attendance. Taking to Instagram and Twitter, Badmus, who is a native of Ijebu, posted striking photos and videos showcasing her outfit for the event.
She opted for a fashionable black and white pleated skirt, paired with a crisp white Givenchy T-shirt, white sneakers, a blue handbag, and stylish sunglasses. To top it off, she carried a lace umbrella, adding a blend of elegance and tradition to her modern look.
Unfortunately, her outfit didn’t impress many, as they made fun of her.
