Popular gospel singer Toluwanisings has candidly shared his experience with the challenges that come with fame, particularly from women who attempt to lure him with extravagant offers. In a heartfelt revelation, the singer highlighted how staying grounded in his faith has helped him navigate the temptations that fame often brings.
Speaking about his commitment to transparency in his marriage, Toluwanisings said, "If any woman asks me out, I always tell my wife when I get home." He emphasized that being open with his spouse is one of the ways he protects his relationship and remains accountable.
The gospel artist recounted some of the extreme proposals he has received from women, which included not only romantic interest but also offers involving large sums of money and international travel. "I have met women who want to give me millions to date them. Some even want to take me out of the country," he disclosed.
In one particularly shocking incident, he remembered being in a recording session when a woman video-called him. What he saw left him visibly shaken. "I was in the studio one day when one called me on video. When I picked, I shouted Jesus at what I saw," he recalled.
Toluwanisings used the opportunity to caution others about the dangers of fame, especially for those who lack a strong spiritual foundation. He stressed, "Fame can be very destructive. When you are famous and you are not born again, you will misbehave."
His testimony serves as a reminder of the importance of faith and accountability, particularly for those in the spotlight who are often faced with overwhelming temptations.
