Reality TV star and actress Bamike Olawunmi Adenibuyan, popularly known as Bambam, has expressed her excitement after achieving two significant milestones during the 11th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) Cultural Day celebration.
The event, held on Friday, May 9, brought together a host of celebrities dressed in traditional attire to honour Africa’s rich heritage.
Taking to Instagram, Bambam shared her gratitude and excitement over hosting the Onga segment of the event—her first time serving as a host.
She also revealed she was nominated in the Best Dressed Female category, though she did not win.
Reflecting on the evening, Bambam described it as a vibrant tribute to African culture, proudly noting that she showcased the cultural richness of Ghana through her outfit.
“It’s a wrap! Honoured to have hosted Onga at the AMVCA Cultural Day, it was a beautiful celebration of Africa!” she wrote.
“Every trībe, culture, and tradition was proudly on display. Yours truly represented the rich heritage of Ghana with this stunning look. I was even nominated for best dressed.
Congratulations to the winners. It’s a wrap, and what a night it was!”
Her appearance at the event, alongside other top stars, contributed to the glamorous and culturally rich atmosphere of the AMVCA festivities.
