Nollywood actress Ashabi, the mother of two children fathered by Nigerian singer Portable, took to social media this Easter to express her deep love and appreciation for her children in a heartfelt message.
Ashabi expressed her feelings by sharing sweet pictures of her children, referring to them as her greatest blessings and expressing gratitude for the joy they have brought into her life. The actress, who was obviously overcome with love, said that words cannot express how she feels when she sees them.
“Twinkle twinkle, little stars, do you know how loved you are? How long do you wanna be loved? Is forever enough?” she wrote, continuing, “Thanks for coming into my life. Ain’t no words to describe the way that I’m feeling when I look at you.”
Calling them her “definition of perfection,” Ashabi referred to her children as “one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever gotten.” She then offered up prayers for their future and well-being.
“May GOD spear your lives for me; my wish for you both is that this life becomes all that you want it to be. Your dreams stay big, and your worries stay small. May your names speak for you in all you lay your hands on ANUOLUWAPO & IRORUNOLUWA.
May you continue to be a source of joy for me and not sorrow. May your light shines FITILAMIHAN OLUWAPOLONGOMIFUNRE. May the lord’s joy fill your heart,” she prayed.
Ashabi concluded her tribute by expressing pride in her role as their mother, saying, “AYOOLUWAYOMI EYITAYO, thanks for not stressing me, babies, my cuties. I’m so proud to be your mummy. I LOVE you both incomparable mine.”
She wrapped up her post with an Easter greeting to her followers: “HAPPY EASTER MONDAY 4rm my cuties 2u all.”
