Natasha Osawaru, fiancée to iconic Nigerian singer 2Baba, has subtly addressed critics celebrating her removal from her leadership position in the Edo State House of Assembly.
It was reported on Monday that Natasha, who represented the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was ousted as Minority Leader in the Edo Assembly. Reports also suggest that a replacement has already been selected to step into the role.
Following the announcement, fans and supporters of Annie Idibia — 2Baba’s wife — flooded social media with reactions, many appearing pleased by the political shake-up.
In what appears to be a response to the buzz, Natasha shared a video from her office space. The granddaughter of Edo billionaire Gabriel Igbinedion was seen seated confidently at her desk, dressed in a white top and trousers paired with a black hat, while conversing casually with someone off-camera.
The clip seemed like a quiet message to naysayers — showing that despite the setback, she’s unbothered and still standing strong.
