In a groundbreaking move, Pastor William Kumuyi, founder and General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry (DCLM), has announced plans to collaborate with the United States government and faith leaders to expand global evangelism efforts.
Taking to his official X account, @pastorwf_kumuyi, on Monday, Kumuyi revealed details of a high-profile meeting with Congressman Robert Pittenger and Pastor Lucas Miles of Turning Point USA. The meeting, which took place in Washington, D.C., precedes the inauguration of Donald J. Trump as the 47th President of the United States.
“The harvest is plentiful. Let’s pray for open doors and hearts ready to receive the gospel! We believe in the power of the gospel to transform lives and nations. Exciting times ahead!” Kumuyi shared, exuding optimism about the partnership's potential impact.

Kumuyi was among a select group of African pastors invited to participate in the Inauguration Praise and Prayer Convocation, an intercessory event hosted at Greater New Hope Baptist Church. Organized by Jim Garlow’s Well Versed World Ministry and Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council, the event brought together faith leaders to pray for Trump’s administration and the spiritual revival of nations.
The pastor’s involvement underscores his commitment to evangelism on a global scale, signaling an unprecedented partnership between African Christian leaders and American faith communities.
