Legendary Fuji artist Wasiu Ayinde, widely known as Kwam 1, is mourning the loss of his mother, Alimotu Shodiya Anifowoshe, who passed away at the remarkable age of 105. Her death on Saturday morning in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, comes just days after the passing of his ex-wife, Hafsat Anifowoshe, aged 65, following an undisclosed illness.
In an emotional statement shared on his media page, Kwam 1 paid tribute to his late mother, describing her as a beloved figure and offering prayers for her eternal peace. The double loss has plunged the Fuji star into a period of deep mourning.
