American singer and rapper Jhene Aiko has shared the heartbreaking news that her Los Angeles home was completely destroyed in the recent wildfire.

The music star disclosed on Instagram that she and her children, Noah Hasani and Namiko Love, are safe but have lost all their belongings in the devastating fire.

"Me and my children’s home is gone; burned to the ground with all of our things inside. Lord have mercy," Aiko wrote. "Thankful we still have each other, starting from scratch. My heart is so heavy."

The wildfire, which has wreaked havoc across Los Angeles County, has left many families displaced, including Aiko and her children.

Fans and fellow celebrities have since flooded her post with messages of support and offers of assistance, expressing relief that she and her children are unharmed despite the tragic loss.
