Controversial relationship expert Blessing Okoro, widely known as Blessing CEO, has finally admitted to dating Lagos auto dealer Ikechukwu Ogbonna, aka IVD, while passionately defending him against domestic violence allegations and HIV rumors.
In a no-holds-barred Facebook Live session with Daddy Freeze, Blessing laid all cards on the table, describing IVD as a misunderstood gentleman and the "sweetest person" she’s ever known.
“IVD is my booboo,” she confessed, radiating confidence. “I’ve known him for three years, first as his therapist, and now as his lover. He’s completely different from what the media portrays. He doesn’t talk much, and that’s what swept me off my feet.”
Blessing didn’t stop there. Addressing persistent HIV rumors, she revealed, “The very first day we met, he held my hand, and we went to four different hospitals for an HIV test. He’s not HIV positive. He’s AA and barely falls sick. People need to stop spreading lies.”
Despite IVD’s turbulent past, including allegations surrounding the tragic death of his wife, Bimbo Ogbonna, Blessing vehemently defended her partner. She claimed Bimbo’s demise was a result of her own violent and suicidal tendencies, not IVD’s actions.
Blessing also gushed about IVD’s commanding presence in her life, stating, “He’s an alpha male. One call from him, and I listen without a fight. My friends even joke that he’s using jazz on me.”
Known for her blunt and unapologetic style, Blessing concluded with a cheeky remark about their relationship: “The ‘gbenshing’ isn’t just good — it’s perfect!”
