Hon. Donald J. Trump took the oath of office again today, this time as the 47th President of the United States, on January 20, 2025. This marked his return to the White House after an eight-year gap. The ceremony was held at the U.S. Capitol, and Trump's wife, Melania, was in attendance.
This is the second time Trump took the oath of office as the president of the United States.
The first was as the 45th President on January 20, 2017, at the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C. Chief Justice John Roberts administered the oath.
The ceremony was attended by various dignitaries, including the former U.S. presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama. The event also included an inaugural luncheon, a pass-in-review, a procession, and a parade.

Some notable guests who attended the inauguration include Chinese president Xi Jinping's representative, Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orbán, Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and Argentine president Javier Milei.
Several tech CEOs who also graced the occasion, includes Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg amongst others.
