Ahead of his court hearing on a defamation suit filed by renowned human rights lawyer Femi Falana and his son, musician Falz, social media critic VeryDarkMan (VDM) has issued a strong statement, refusing to retract his earlier claims.
The lawsuit centers around a leaked audio recording VDM shared in which crossdresser Bobrisky alleged that Falana and Falz contacted him to negotiate a “presidential pardon” for ₦10 million.
Despite a court order from the Lagos State High Court to delete the post, VDM has stood by his original stance, stating that his intent was to expose corruption rather than defame the Falanas.
In a new video posted on Instagram, he confirmed he has no plans to apologize. “For me, it’s corruption that I exposed," he stated, urging Falana and Falz to address the accusations directly.
