Indigenous rapper Chibuzor Azubike Nelson, popularly known as Phyno, has issued a firm warning to fans to stop comparing him to his longtime collaborator and friend, Olamide, or any other rapper.

The latest comparison occurred on Friday when an X user, @TheDamiForeign, reignited the age-old debate by posting, “When it comes to rap, who’s the GOAT? Phyno versus Olamide.” The comment did not sit well with Phyno, who took to X to express his frustration over being constantly compared to Olamide.
In his heated response, Phyno wrote, “Yo!!! Tf is wrong with u guys for God sake.. stop putting me up against my brother or anybody else for that matter. Do your banter with someone else.. na ala adi agba unu.. wtf.”
Phyno's reaction highlights the strong bond he shares with Olamide, with the two having collaborated on numerous hit tracks over the years. Despite their different linguistic approaches to rap, the pair has consistently maintained a brotherly relationship in the industry, and Phyno is clearly tired of fans trying to stir up unnecessary rivalry.
