Kayode Salako, husband to Nollywood actress Foluke Daramola, has confirmed his marriage to Oluwafunke Oyegoke-Salako, following rumors that he recently fathered a child with another woman.

Reflecting on their 13-year marriage without biological children, Salako revealed that it took years of conversations with Foluke for her to agree to his wish to become a father.
“It took me three years of begging Foluke, my wife, to allow me to have at least one or two children here in Nigeria to secure my old age, since I’m not impotent,” he explained. “I’m already above 50 years, and I don’t want to clock 70 without children around me.”
