Nollywood’s epic Netflix Original movie, Jagun Jagun, directed by Femi Adebayo, has made waves yet again, bagging a staggering twelve nominations at the 2024 Best of Nollywood (BON) Awards.
The Yoruba epic film, which has captivated audiences since its release, earned nominations in some of the most prestigious categories, including Best Indigenous Movie, Best Supporting Actor, Director of the Year, Best Cinematography, and Best Actor, to name a few.
Taking to his X handle on Saturday, Adebayo shared his excitement: “Wow Guys! We’ve done it Again!! Delighted to announce that Jagun Jagun – The Warrior has been nominated for Twelve (12) Awards at the 2024 BON Awards.”
This monumental achievement comes just days after Jagun Jagun bagged seven nominations at the 2024 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA), solidifying its status as one of Nollywood’s finest productions. With breathtaking cinematography, stunning action scenes, and masterful performances, the movie continues to dominate the awards season.
