Oxlade Claims He Started Singing Even Before Talking

Nigerian singer Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, popularly known as Oxlade, recently shared an intriguing story about his musical journey.

During an appearance on the '90s Babies' podcast, the Afrobeats star revealed that, according to his parents, he began singing before he even learned to speak.

Oxlade explained, "I started singing before I started talking. My parents told me that I started singing before I could even talk." He added that as a child, his ability to sing developed faster than his ability to form words. 

The revelation offers a glimpse into Oxlade's early connection to music, reinforcing the idea that his natural talent was evident from a young age. Fans are even more impressed by the singer's musical evolution, attributing his success to his deep-rooted passion for music.
