Ten Hag Responds Strongly to Comments on Rashford's Bench Role
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has expressed his frustration with Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp, who implied that Marcus Rashford was benched for the Premier League match against Crystal Palace due to "something untoward" happening behind the scenes.
The match at Selhurst Park ended in a 0-0 stalemate, with goalkeepers Andre Onana and Dean Henderson making impressive saves to keep the scoreline level.
Rashford, who had recently been awarded Player of the Match following United's 7-0 victory over Barnsley in the Carabao Cup, started the game on the bench.
