Hip-hop mogul Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson just gave a major shoutout to Nigerian Grammy-winning artist Tems, declaring her hit song 'Me & U' as his current favorite jam! In a clip from a recent interview that went viral on Tuesday, the rapper admitted he's got the track on repeat.
“My current song on repeat is ‘Me & U’ by Tems,” 50 Cent confessed, giving some well-deserved love to the afrobeats queen.
The song, which leads Tems' critically acclaimed debut album 'Born In The Wild', sparked controversy after winning the Bobby Jones Best Gospel/Inspirational Award at the 2024 BET Awards.
Critics argued that a secular artist should not have won over gospel heavyweights like Kirk Franklin, Shirley Caesar, and CeCe Winans.

But clearly, 50 Cent is backing Tems, and with that endorsement, it's no wonder the song continues to turn heads!
