Transfer: Shaqiri re-signs with former club, agrees to three-year deal

Shaqiri has made a comeback to his former club, Basel, by signing a three-year contract. 

The 32-year-old winger began his career with Basel in 2001 before playing in the Premier League for Liverpool and Stoke City. 

After spending the last three seasons in Chicago, the Switzerland international has decided to return to Europe.
