Transfer: Chelsea reaches agreement to sell Lukaku to Premier League rivals due to delay in Osimhen transfer

 

Chelsea have reached an agreement with Aston Villa to sell Romelu Lukaku, as reported by Italian publication Il Mattino. 

Lukaku, who has also attracted interest from Napoli, is expected to depart Stamford Bridge permanently this summer after spending the past two seasons on loan at Inter Milan and Roma.
