Obama selected Tems' Love Me Jeje, Rema's Yayo, and Tyla's Jump, which features Gunna and Skillibeng, as some of his favorite African songs for the summer.

Topping Obama's playlist is A Bar Song (Tipsy) by Nigerian-American country music star Shaboozey, reflecting the diverse range of genres that Obama enjoys.

Sharing his playlist via X (formerly Twitter) on Monday, Obama wrote, "With summer winding down, I wanted to share some songs that I’ve been listening to lately – and it wouldn’t be my playlist if it didn’t include an eclectic mix. I hope you find something new to listen to!"
