In his emotional post, Duru praised his late son for his bravery, describing him as a "lion" who fought valiantly. Despite the devastating loss, the actor chose to embrace faith, stating, "If this is the way He wants it, so be it, I still judge you faithful."

Duru's tribute continued with heartfelt words: "Ifeanyi, my champ. I will miss you, son. I will forever love you. Rest in peace, son...rest...I give you thanks, Lord!"
