During a recent training, Ten Hag hinted that Sancho may likely switch role.
Ten Hag while speaking to reporters suggested that Sancho could be used in a more central role, rather than his current position.
"Jadon is a versatile player and can adapt to different positions on the pitch. With the injuries we have, we may need to explore different options and see how he can best contribute to the team," Ten Hag added.
Sancho, who joined United from Borussia Dortmund last summer, has primarily played as a winger but has experience playing in a central attacking role as well.
