Davido Joins Asake's 'Lungu Boy' Tour Concert in Atlanta Alongside Top Artists [Video]

Famous Nigerian Afrobeat star Davido was spotted among other top artists at Asake's highly anticipated Lungu Boy tour concert in Atlanta, Georgia.

The concert, held at the 17,000-capacity State Farm Arena, marked the beginning of Asake's U.S. tour on August 16, 2024, and is set to run for 10 days across multiple cities.

In a trending video shared on social media, Davido appeared backstage alongside American rapper Quavo, showing support for Asake during his live performance.

The star-studded event also saw the presence of Nigerian hitmaker Zlatan and American rapper Russ Millions, further highlighting the tour's significance.

Asake's Lungu Boy tour will cover six major U.S. cities, with performances scheduled at iconic venues including Madison Square Garden in New York, the Toyota Center in Houston, and the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

The tour follows the release of Asake's latest hit, Lungu Boy, which features collaborations with superstars such as Wizkid, British rappers Central Cee and Stormzy, Travis Scott, and Brazilian singer Ludmilla.

The album has already made waves, setting a new record for the biggest opening week on Spotify Nigeria with 18.9 million streams, surpassing the previous record of 14.4 million streams held by Davido's Timeless.

Asake's tour and the success of Lungu Boy underscore his rising prominence in the global music scene, with fans eagerly anticipating his performances across the United States.
