In a dramatic twist on Big Brother Naija Season 9, housemate Toby Forge has threatened to keep malice with fellow housemate Kassia if he discovers she is in a relationship with her husband, Kellyrae.
The intrigue began when Kassia and Kellyrae revealed during their introduction at the launch event that, despite being married, they would keep their relationship a secret in the house. Unaware of Kassia’s marital status, Toby has shown a keen interest in her since the start of the show.
During a candid chat on Saturday night, Toby expressed his frustration and suspicion regarding Kassia and Kellyrae’s closeness. He stated that he would be “pissed off” if it turned out that Kellyrae is Kassia’s husband, believing that Kellyrae has no reason to hide their relationship in the house.
Toby: “My mind is telling me there’s somebody outside. I’ve seen you and Kelly, that’s true friendship, but if it turns out to be Kelly, I’d be so angry.”
Kassia: “[laughs] Ah ahnn why?”
Toby: “I would be so pissed off that I might hate him sef, because there is no reason for him to pretend.”
Kassia: “Are you for real?”
Toby: “Yes, I might not talk to you again ever, it will be paining me, like nobody should hide you, I would never hide you.”
Kassia: “Why Kelly’s own pain you more than another guy outside?”
Toby: “Because he is here and he has every time and moment to show you that I don’t wanna hide, even if it’s a tactic….. You people behave so suspicious. The way you guys hug, the way you guys talk, it’s too suspicious.”
Kassia: “How do we talk? We barely even sit together.”
Toby: “Exactly but when you guys are in contact, you can know that there’s a strong bond there. I don’t know if it’s love or friendship but whatever bond it is, it’s very very distracting.
“So if it’s Kelly and you’re pretending, I won’t talk to you guys again.”
The revelation of this potential love triangle has added an exciting layer of tension and suspense to the ongoing season of Big Brother Naija. Fans are eagerly watching to see how this situation will unfold and whether Toby’s suspicions will be confirmed.
