Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known by his stage name Portable, has sparked outrage online after celebrating the death of his former manager, Stelliza.

Adeseyan Adedoyin Oluwatosin, popularly known as Stelliza, tragically died in a car crash early Sunday morning, May 19th, while returning from a night club. The news of her demise has left many in mourning, but Portable's reaction has been shockingly different.

Taking to Instagram Live, Portable rejoiced, dancing and declaring that he had "blown" and "collected his glory back." In a shocking statement, he proclaimed, "Person wey say I no go use my glory, the person will die and enter ground," implying that Stelliza had attempted to take his glory.

This celebratory mood comes despite the tragic circumstances surrounding Stelliza's death, which has led to widespread condemnation from fans and the public alike.

Portable and Stelliza had a tumultuous history. In November 2023, Portable publicly announced that he had parted ways with Stelliza over allegations of financial misappropriation and unethical industry practices. He claimed that her behavior posed a significant risk to his business interests, global image, and industry reputation, accusing her of lacking transparency, integrity, and respect for ethical practices.

Stelliza is not the only manager Portable has had issues with. In January 2022, he had a public fallout with his manager Quadri Taoreed, better known as Kogbagidi, accusing him of taking an SUV gifted to him by a fan. Although they later reconciled, Portable admitted in an interview that the fight was a ploy to gain media attention.

His tumultuous relationship with managers continued when he parted ways with his two-month-old manager, Yusuf Adepitan, aka Ijoba Federal. Yusuf expressed relief at the end of their working relationship, citing Portable's erratic behavior as a major issue.

Most recently, Portable called out his show promoter, Billyque, accusing him of ripping him off and kidnapping him in Kenya, and labeling him greedy.

Portable's latest antics have not only shocked many but have also called into question his respect for those who have worked closely with him, as well as his sensitivity towards tragic events. The backlash against his behavior continues to grow as fans and the public express their disapproval of his actions.
