Megan Thee Stallion Faces Lawsuit for Allegedly Forcing Cameraman to Watch Sexual Act

Megan Thee Stallion, the renowned American rapper, has found herself entangled in controversy as her personal photographer, Emilio Garcia, accuses her of sexual harassment.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, Garcia, who has worked with Megan since 2018, alleges that the hip-hop star compelled him to witness her engaging in a sexual act while inside a moving vehicle.

Garcia's attorney, Ron Zambrano, emphasized that his client should never have been subjected to such a situation, particularly being in the same vehicle while Megan was involved in intimate activity with another person.

The complaint extends to include allegations of violations of employment standards and derogatory remarks directed at Garcia regarding his weight.

Seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, Garcia's lawyer categorizes the situation as a clear instance of sexual harassment and fat-shaming.

However, Megan Thee Stallion has refuted these claims. Her attorney, Alex Spiro, asserts that the lawsuit primarily aims at securing a monetary settlement.

Spiro emphasizes that no sexual harassment claim has been filed, characterizing the accusations as salacious attempts to embarrass Megan.

"We will deal with this in court," Spiro concluded in a statement addressing the situation.
