Why and how i became a transgender- Bobrisky

 

Bobrisky, a well-known and polarizing figure, has revealed his experience in coming to terms with his transgender identity.

During a recent conversation with Charly Boy, Bobrisky disclosed that while pursuing a degree in accounting at the University of Lagos, he started selling unisex clothing on the side. 

As he promoted his products, he started trying on female clothing and found himself increasingly attracted to the style, eventually integrating it into his own wardrobe.

“About nine years ago, I was at the University of Lagos studying Accounting. I also had a side hustle; I was selling unisex clothes. Most times I try the female clothes on myself and I love the outfits,” Bobrisky recounts. 

According to Bobrisky's, his business saw an increase in female customers, prompting him to expand his crossdressing activities to include female hairstyles and makeup. 

The positive feedback he received on his appearance as a woman encouraged him to continue cross-dressing, initially as a marketing tactic.

“I wasn’t thinking I was going to do it for a very long time. Initially, it was just a marketing strategy but people were complimenting me that I look better as a woman than a man. That’s how I ended up being Bobrisky,” he explained.
