Very Dark Man' Release, Samklef Kicks

Afrobeat music producer and recording artist, Samklef, has provided an update on the situation regarding Very Dark Man, who was arrested over the weekend. According to Samklef's Instagram post, Very Dark Man is set to be released today on administrative bail but will be required to appear in court daily.

Samklef took the opportunity to mock Very Dark Man, urging him to share his experiences and the lessons he has learned over the past few days. He wrote, "Dem go free am today based on administrative bail but very dark man go Dey go court. Make him come share with us the experience and lessons wey him learn this past few days."

For context, Very Dark Man was arrested on Friday for cyberbullying and making threats to life. The threat to life arose from his claim that Tonto Dikeh co-operates the popular anonymous blog, Gistlover, which has been known to defame individuals. This allegation led to death threats against Tonto Dikeh, prompting her to report the matter to the police, resulting in Very Dark Man's arrest.

Although Very Dark Man was expected to be released on Monday, he couldn't meet the bail conditions. His lawyer expressed confidence in the police's professionalism to release him on bail. However, if they fail to do so, he assured that the law would take its course.

It's worth noting that Samklef previously warned Davido to avoid involvement in the Very Dark Man case to avoid tarnishing his reputation. He described Davido as a great guy and advised him to let the police handle the matter without interference. He warned that if he discovers Davido's involvement, he would publicly address the issue, likening it to a Nigerian generator, indicating a potential for public scrutiny.
