Fake News: "VeryDarkMan Yet To Be Released" - Comedian Koboko [Video]

In a recent development, it has been confirmed that activist VeryDarkMan is still in police custody, contrary to earlier reports suggesting his release.

A video circulating online, purportedly showing his release, has been debunked as fake. The video was actually from an earlier event where VeryDarkMan was welcomed at the airport, not his release from detention.

Comedian Koboko, real name Isaac Joseph, has spoken out against the spread of this misinformation. He criticized bloggers for sharing fake news and clarified that one does not take a flight from jail upon release. Koboko also shared the original video to support his statement.

He wrote on his X handle:
