Update On Zack Orji's Condition: Minister of Arts solicits support for ailing actor, said Actor had brain surgery

The Minister of Art, Culture, and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa, has urged the public to support the ailing actor, Zack Orji.

This plea comes after the minister's visit to Orji, who was admitted to a private hospital in Abuja after reportedly collapsing in his toilet over the weekend.

In an update provided by the minister's spokesperson, Nneka Anibeze, it was disclosed that Zack Orji underwent brain surgery.

The minister has called on well-meaning Nigerians to show solidarity and offer their support to the veteran actor during his recovery.

“We have watched him entertain us, and we see him as a national treasure. So the best we can do is to ensure that we support him in getting the best treatment.

“We will also reach out to other well meaning Nigerians to support him through prayers and other means to ensure that he survives this ailment.

“God will heal him. We will do all we can to support him. We solicit the collective prayers of Nigerians.”
