Music streaming platform Boomplay has unveiled its year-end charts for the most streamed songs and albums of 2023 in Nigeria. Davido's fourth studio album, 'Timeless,' secured the top spot as the most streamed project on the platform this year, followed by Asake's sophomore album, 'Work Of Art,' and Omah Lay's 'Boy Alone.'
In the most streamed songs chart, Omah Lay's hit track, 'Soso,' claimed the leading position, with Kizz Daniel's 'Cough (Odo)' and Adekunle Gold's 'Party No Dey Stop' featuring Zinoleesky rounding out the top three.
Moses Bliss's 'Daddy Wey Dey Pamper' topped the most streamed gospel songs chart, followed by 'Miracle No Dey Tire Jesus' by the same artist. Ebuka Songs' 'I Will Pray' secured the third spot.
Additionally, Asake was recognized as the most streamed male artist on Boomplay in the year, while Ayra Starr claimed the title of the most streamed female artist. These charts offer insights into the music preferences and trends among Boomplay users in Nigeria for the year 2023.
