Notable singer Dammy Krane has put forth a unique proposal, suggesting that Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy and others consider opening a GoFundMe campaign to help their colleague, Davido, pay off the alleged debts he owes. This recommendation follows reports that Burna Boy expressed his willingness to offer money to Nigerian bloggers in exchange for fewer posts about him.

In response to Burna Boy's offer, a social media influencer using the handle @Olamide0fficial encouraged Burna Boy to channel his financial support towards helping Davido settle his alleged financial obligations, rather than dispensing "free money" to bloggers. This exchange underscores the intricacies of the music industry and its financial dynamics.

The influencer wrote, “Burna Boy should help Davido pay Dammy Krane and Abu Salami instead of giving PulseNg and Instablog free money.”

Replying the influencer post via the comment section, Dammy Krane, said, “Or They can do OWE B OWE GoFundMe Like they did for his birthday to clear abi na buy new car.

“Ps: Rich Man Pikin go think say Poor Man pikin na rich man only in Naija; Poor man pikin go donate for Rich man Pikin, Sey Poor man pikin no Dey think atall.” [sic].

Recall that Dammy Krane has been calling out Davido over alleged money he owes him from music royalties. He claimed he wrote Davido’s hit song ‘Pere’ but the DMW boss had yet to settle him after six years.
