Hip-hop artiste Tochukwu Ojogwu, known as Odumodublvck, recently disclosed the cost of a feature from Grammy-winning singer Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems.
Responding to a fan's inquiry about a potential collaboration on the deluxe edition of his album 'Eziokwu,' Odumodublvck mentioned that he couldn't afford a Tems feature.
According to him, Tems charges $500,000 (approximately ₦402,470,000.00) per verse. This revelation sparked conversations on social media about the high fees associated with collaborations in the music industry.
The fan with the X (formerly Twitter) handle @shey_drogo wrote, “Hope Tems is on the deluxe.”
Odumodublvck replied, “1 verse from Tems na 500k USD.
“Even Hushpuppi leg go first shake before e tremble.”
