Davido: Portable clears air on song with Dammy Krane

In a recent development, the enigmatic musician, Habeeb Okikiola, widely recognized as Portable, has set the record straight regarding his recent collaboration with Dammy Krane. Contrary to the swirling speculations, Portable has affirmed that the song they worked on is not a diss track aimed at Davido.

This clarification comes in the wake of social media reports suggesting that Portable and Dammy Krane had embarked on a diss track against Davido during their joint studio session. This came amidst Davido's ongoing social media dispute over an alleged debt.

Portable addressed these rumors through a video message that has been circulating across various platforms. He was keen to emphasize that his studio session with Dammy Krane was entirely centered around their musical collaboration and had no connection to his ongoing disagreement with Davido.

The talented 'Zazu' singer went on to explain that the song he and Dammy Krane recorded was, in fact, a prayerful composition, dispelling any notions of a feud.

Speaking in Pidgin, Portable said, “Dammy Krane sing with me una say we insult Davido. It was strictly business. Music is business.

“Now, because of say Dammy Krane dey fight with Davido make we no sing together? Uncle Dammy Krane and uncle Davido make una forgive each other.”
