Transfer: Osimhen has not agreed a deal with Liverpool – Romano

Reputable transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has dismissed the rumors of an agreement between Victor Osimhen and Liverpool. The reports had emerged last week, suggesting that Liverpool had reached personal terms with the Nigerian international.

However, Romano has clarified that no such agreement exists between the Premier League giants and Osimhen.

“Chelsea are keeping an eye on Victor Osimhen. In Italy some media are reporting that Victor Osimhen already agreed contract terms with Liverpool,” he said on his YouTube page.

“From what I’m told, at the moment, Victor Osimhen has not agreed anything with any club, not even with Napoli, there is no agreement on the contract extension.

“He has not agreed anything with any club so Osimhen will take his time. Reports of an agreement already done with Liverpool are not true.
Osimhen’s future is up in the air again following a recent row with the Serie A champions.

The 24-year-old player became agitated due to two TikTok videos released by the club, which ridiculed him following a missed penalty against Bologna.

Napoli is further upset with the striker for returning from international duty last week with an injury.
