Renowned Nigerian singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, professionally known as Wizkid, has made a return to Instagram following the passing of his mother.
Wizkid, the talented artist behind "Essence," has updated his verified Instagram profile picture to an image of his late mother.
As previously reported on August 18th, 2023, by Intel Region, Wizkid tragically lost his biological mother, Jane Dolapo, to the cold embrace of death.
This loss deeply affected Wizkid, leading to the postponement of his 5th album, "More Love Less Ego" (MLLE) tour.
Despite being recently spotted at fashion events in the UK and Italy, the beloved Nigerian singer continues to mourn his late mother.
He has replaced his profile picture on his verified Instagram page, which boasts 17.7 million followers, with a tribute to his mom.
