On October 4th, 2023, Isreal DMW, whose real name is Isreal Afeare and serves as Davido's logistics manager, celebrated his birthday, and celebrities and friends have already begun to extend their warm wishes.
As Isreal DMW expressed gratitude for the gift of life on his birthday, he shared one of his most profound life experiences. He recounted an incident from the year 2001 when he was abducted for ritual purposes.
Isreal DMW recalled that he was kidnapped while traveling from Lagos to Ibadan inside a vehicle, along with three others, making a total of four victims. They were taken deep into a dense forest.
However, in a surprising turn of events, the kidnappers chose to release Isreal DMW, indicating that he was a "bad market," meaning his resolve was too strong to be used for their intended ritual. As he was allowed to leave, they even gave him an additional N200 on top of the N40 he already had in his pocket for transportation.
Isreal DMW wrote; “Four of us were kidnapped for rituals in 2001, on our way from Lagos to Ibadan, after entering an along vehicle.
They took us to a very tick forest. I was the only allowed to go, saying i was a very bad market. They gave me 200 to add to already 40 naira with me for transportation. I just give glory to God Almighty.”
