Iyabo Ojo pledged her support for APC if they get justice for Mohbad

Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, a vocal critic of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and ardent Labour Party supporter, has made a commitment to believe in and support the ruling party if they can ensure justice is served in the case of the late singer Mohbad.

As reported by our source, Mohbad's death on Tuesday at the age of 27 raised controversy and questions. In response to the public's grief and speculation surrounding his passing, the police, in a statement issued by its Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, pledged to investigate the circumstances surrounding Mohbad's death.

Iyabo Ojo took to her Instagram page on Saturday to express her sorrow about the situation, stating that everything she learned about the late singer moved her to tears. She also pointed out how Mohbad had cried out for help, but no one had listened to him.

Calling for justice, she emphasized that Mohbad's death should concern everyone and urged that it be thoroughly investigated. Additionally, she pledged her support to the APC if they successfully pursued justice in the matter.

“Honestly, I will believe and support APC if Mohbad can get justice. That boy’s soul is crying for justice.

“Autopsy needed. Investigation is seriously needed. Every day I read something about him, I shed tears. No, he cried out, and no one listened to him.

“How? Nooooo, it’s not my business should be cancelled at this moment, it’s everybody’s business.

“His soul needs to rest. #justiceformohbad.”
