Iyabo Oko, the renowned Yoruba actress whose real name is Sidikat Odunkanwi, has passed away.
The news of her demise was shared by her daughter, Bisi Aisha, on a Facebook page on Thursday. According to the announcement, Iyabo Oko breathed her last on Wednesday.
Bisi wrote on her Facebook page: “May ur soul Rest In Peace mummy.”
Actress Iyabo Ojo took to her Facebook page to share the sad news of the passing of veteran actress Iyabo OKO. Along with her announcement, she also posted pictures of the late actress.
Prior to her death, the 61-year-old actress had been dealing with health issues, which led her to take an extended break from the movie industry.
