Nigeria is no longer a small country in the entertainment map of the world. News reaching Nollywood Times has it that our own award-winning singer, Tiwa Savage will be performing at the historical coronation of the British monarch, King Charles III.
The official coronation of King Charles III, who is ascending the throne following the passing of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, last year will come up on Saturday, May 6, 2023. The new King will be coronated alongside Queen Consort and Camilla at Westminster Abbey.
The coronation concert and Big Lunch will take place on Sunday, May 7, 2023.
Tiwa Savage will join celebrities such as Steve Winwood, DJ Pete Tong, Lang Lang and Lucy, Paloma Faith and Olly Murs, to thrill guests at the coronation concert.

She becomes the first Nigerian artiste to receive an invitation to perform at a foreign royal coronation ceremony.
